Central Florida Diaper Bank is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Data & Reporting Specialist to support our programs and services.

This ongoing, part-time contract opportunity combines data management, reporting, administrative support, and direct interaction with families at our mobile diaper distributions. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, comfortable working with data, and committed to making a positive impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify participant information in organizational databases.

  • Assist with participant registration, information collection, and verification at mobile diaper distributions.

  • Support the setup and operation of mobile diaper distributions and community events.

  • Prepare monthly program reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Review and analyze program data to identify trends, maintain accuracy, and support reporting requirements.

  • Maintain organized electronic records and assist with data management and backups.

  • Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of contracted services.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

  • Experience with data entry, database management, or reporting preferred.

  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute with a high level of accuracy.

Additional Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.

  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

  • Successful completion of a Level II background screening. The applicant is responsible for the screening fee.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Part-Time Contract Position (Independent Contractor)

  • Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM

  • Hours: 24 hours per week

  • Duration: Ongoing contract opportunity

  • Additional Availability: Occasional evenings and weekends may be needed for community events.

  • Benefits: Employee benefits are not provided.
